If Player A controls Ancient Sacred Wyvern, and thanks to a Rainbow Life Loop he has Infinite LP, and Player B has Obelisk(from the anime) with Infinite ATK, and both battle what happens?

Paying 1000 is a cost not damage so rainbow life would not let you gain it instead if that's what you meant.

Well I doubt your LP could be Infinity, so Obelisk would win. If its infinity then it's always rising, which is impossible/cheating. Ancient Sacred Wyvern's effect is a cost like KotD said, so you would be PAYING 1000 instead of inflicting 1000. Don't do anime situations, we all know 90% of those duels are BS e_e

What I meant to say was that thanks to a loop using rainbow life ex:
When you use Rainbow Life with 2 Manticore of Darkness in your hand, and Skull Invitation activated, you'll win by infinitely looping the summons of the 2 Manticore of Darkness making Skull Invitation (or Fatal Abacus) increase your life points instead of damaging you.
Making your LP Infinite which then gives ASW Infinite ATK.
