2013-2014 Best Decks

Tier 1: Bujins (depending on tenki)
         Fire Fist ( Blaster and burner support, Plus Coach Soldier WolfBark Coming)
         Madolches ( After alexader thomas topped expect a lot of bandwagoners to try the deck. no lie but when i saw him top i also tried the deck on DN)

Tier 2: Elemental Dragons ( they will just to add more tech cards to special summon from the banished areas. Which their are cards to do)
         Spellbooks ( before spellbook of judgement came they were still tier 2)
         Fire Kings( same reason as fire fist)
         Constellars
Evilswarms
Tier 3
       Geargia Variants
       Karakuri
       Inzektors
       Blackwings
       Battlin Boxers ( very underrated deck, could be tier 2)
      Gravekeepers ( i know alot of people disagree with this one but Dragon rullers do indeed use the grave for some of the special summons. Spellbooks do banish with spellbook of fate
Also gravekeepers can use some of the spellbook cards.)
     Six Sams ( The next format will be trap heavy i believe and with ShiEn i think six sas could do alright)

What do you guys think about harpies] if draccossack and Big eye dosent get banned.

Infernities were arguably the best deck before Lord of Tachylon Galaxy came out. Also mermails with Elemental Dragon support should be listed in tier 2? what are your opinions?

How do you feel about a lightsworn/chaos deck?

Mermails (Depending on if konami forgets about them)
Harpies (THIS DEPENDS ON IF WE GET DANCER IN SHADOW SPECTORS IN NOVEMBER.)

edit: im retarded. I put e-dragons and prophecy under tier 2 and 1.

jeff jones placed 2nd with physic and the deck still not in consider a good deck , even with redox now ,
i remember 3 months ago a guy top with infernity this don't make it a meta , karakuri top in miami , and the deck still not used , a deck top don't mean it will be tier , remember not all of us are like jeff jones and all the best players in the world , he top because he know the deck , madolche might top because of shock master , this all , other than that i don't think it will work , it is just a face and it will pass , if you think dragons and books wouldnt stay tier 1 next format you are lying to yourself , each meta got 2 format , a broken format and a tier 1 format , at most i think rejuv and fate MIGHT get hit , and there is one think that show me the biggest problem in your list , if you don't see mermail as tier 1 or even verz , then go jump off the window bro , i remember in the past no one used constellar , tell someone top/ bring it up and everyone start to use it , all this predictions might be gone , you might see ophion semi limited , maybe tenki who know , rai-oh got hit and NO ONE expected that , this topic is kinda usuless tell the ban list come out , then we can predict decks .

Alot of topics on here are useless, that dosent stop people from posting it. Wrong people have been using constellars. Ive been using constellars before somebody topped with them in america.
I did forget about Verz. But ophinion will be pretty useless if bujins are the most popular deck. XYZ use ranks. Only thing i see it useful for is Mermail or ELemental Dragons and 3 axis fire fist.

Constellars might get a chance to do something.. they just get hit bad. If Pleiades doesn't come out what is there to fear?

Umm constellars are REALLY good in the hands of a good player and can easily beat most decks
teching and siding the right cards can lead to them being tier 1
I myself as a constellar player can definitely hope that they get more support to cement their place into tier 1

i think spellbook can survive with 1 judgment in teir 1 but bujin will defiantly be teir 1 so with that spellbook and madolches being a good way to combat them because neither fate nor queen target so hetsuka shouldnt do much and fire fist would be teir 1.5 mainly because they target

i don't think e. drags will be killed until march 2014 format.
they'll only get hit a little in september

i beileve that six sams are even strong in this format becausei started reusing six sams and it kicks ass really it have a record of a steady 6:1 and i have faced many different decks in rated with that six sam

Gosh, the point is tiers are defined by whether or not they are played, not by how good they are, a competitive deck can top in the hands of a pro, only that doesn't mean others will play it. Your list seems to be based on what you think is good, while some of the stuff won't really get much of a spot light in the competitive scene, thus won't be tiered.

The main problem is that you guys are putting "best decks" and tiers together, they aren't really, but if a deck is really good, there is a chance that people will play it, then if allot of people play it, it will be highly tiered. But if not many people play it, it will remain a low tier. A good deck doesn't mean it will be tier one.
