The point of this game is to make a wish and then ruin the wish of the person before in the most humorous fashion possible. Now, let's keep this appropriate. Here's an example:

PERSON A: I wish I had a car.
PERSON B: Granted, but you drive it straight into your neighbor's house.
I wish I didn't have to go to work tomorrow.
PERSON A: Granted, but you're fired.
I wish I could fly.
PERSON B: Granted, but you fly into a tree five times a day.
I wish I had a taco.

And so on, and so on.
