Chatbox Help

There's a problem with my chatbox. Unlike problems I've had before, where it wont open, this time it will open but the box will just blank, all black. Anyone know why?

So: forum tools > delete forum cookies.

If it doesn't work try right clicking inside the chatbox and pressing "Refresh frame".

Neither of the two options help. Is it sure something is wrong with what the people are using and not something going wrong in the codes or w/e?

I don't see anything wrong with it, so it's probably client-side.

Clear your browser's cache.

dude the chatbox pry needs worked on. its still acting up even after doing all that you posted.

My cache is as clear as crystal. I installed this laptop 2 days ago, I doubt it's full already.

Has it always acted up like this?
What browser are you using?
Do you remember installing/doing anything before the chatbox started giving you problems?

Yesterday, the chat worked just fine, no issues with it, other than it having been entirely gone for a while. But today, I've not been able to access it, because of the previously mentioned issues.

Browser's Google Chrome. Possible that it no longer supports this stuff?

I've tried both internet explorer, and google chrome. neither browsers are allowing it to work.

At one point, it will pop up but have no log in or archive menus

the second time it will load continuously and have a spam of the same chatbox 10-20 times.
