Forbidden Card: Witch of the Black Forest
Well i am a new teacher so i really do not know what will be challenging for you at the moment, but here is a discussion i want to have with you guys. I some time want to talk about why some cards are forbidden. Here is an example:
Description: When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Add 1 monster with 1500 or less DEF from your Deck to your hand.
Now, i want 3 reasons why this card has been banned.
Due to this being easy, it will be 75 points per response. Thanks Hurry though, homework is due at 2/14/2014.

The Sangan abusive trail, it can be searched and can search almost any staple now a days.
Same thing with sangan, effect can pop off of any destructive effect or by battle.
I think Sangan was originally banned for TGU, so yeah, that too.

1) Can search out virtually any Zombie, Dark Armed Dragon, Monarchs etc. Most high level monsters have high attack power but low defense so this makes her a huge searcher.
2) More effective at searching than other banned cards such as Sangan and Stratos.
3) Very few cards can negate or bypass her effect

1. Generic searchers are something Konami has always tried to limit
2. Outside of a few very narrow cards, there is almost no way to stop the effect from going off.
3. It has absolutely no restrictions outside of the DEF, which literally hundreds of monsters meet

1. It can search cards that shouldn't be searchable (Dark Armed Dragon)
2. Konami hates these kinds of cards
3. Opens up way to many stupid plays that shouldn't exist
