An ancient Legend of Pharaos and Magicians.
Once upon a time, in ancient Egypt, in the time of the Pharaoh's, there was a sorcerer, as dark that none would dare speak his name and as cunning that no enemy was able to withstand this mans power. He fought for the knowledge, so that all people had equal knowing about his passionate fighting style known as Duel Monsters. In this ancient past, it came to happen that the Pharaoh, someone who reigned with terror and fear, came across this powerful sorcerer, to the point they stood face to face. The start of a cataclysmic battle had begun.
Both the Pharaoh and the sorcerer were powerful and were required to call upon their most deepest powers. In the end, the sorcerer managed to defeat the Pharaoh and put an end to his reign of terror. With the rejoice of this, the people offered the sorcerer the throne, but he declined, saying the people had to find their own path. He moved on, back on the traveling toad.
What the sorcerer had not expected was that in his wickedness, the Pharaoh had made a fail safe. He had ensured, if ever he would come to fall, that he would return more powerful then before. He searched for years, and finally found the sorcerer again, which then resulted in a battle even more destructive then the first.
After many spells and monsters had gone to waste, the sorcerer once again succeeded in foiling the Pharaoh's plans, and once more had him beat. Lying in the dust, the Pharaoh swore vengeance, but turned to dust before able to finish his dreadful curse, leaving the sorcerer alone in the sand again, to continue his path.
I thank you for listening to this story. I assume this fires your spirit to duel. I would duel, but ever since I witnessed these events, I took a cardgame to the motorcycle, so I just couldn't continue. But I am positive you'll make a fine duelist. Follow in the footsteps of this Sorcerer of Chaos, and bring pride and joy to the game.
