Special Rule: You cannot have more then 3 copys of 1 E-Dragon/Elemental Dragon. Meaning You can use them as techs, however you cannot run 3 copys of each elemental Dragon. You can only use 1 elemental dragon in your deck. If anyone can make this simpler to understand go for it.
