Since i was voted to be the unofficial Slifer Red dorm leader, i want to know everyone in the slifer dorm ^^ If you could fill out this form, it would allow me to learn more about all of you in the dorm.

Favorite Deck: Any fun deck that is self built
Play style: slow, relaxed, and paced (You'll rarely see me over extend to accomplish something)
How long have you been playing?: since the Kaiba STarter deck was first released at Toys R Us
What do you think is your best trait as a duelist?: rulings, or patience. I can't say which is better to have because they go hand in hand so well o.o

Special notes: I was the 1st tester for the academy, I had to go inactive for a while due to internet problems which are still not completely resolved (I will be at 100% by November though)
I also hate losing for completely bogus reasons, such as Dark Hole then Monster reborn into an OTK when they had 100 lp left and I was still at 8000 >.<

oh and I was never tested, so I am not a true Slifer <3

Favorite Deck: Well, I don't have a favorite, i play a lot of decks, I would say i use Evilswarms And Gravekeepers most of the time.
Play style: I'm aggressive and control duelist. I try to mix the 2, I find it fitting.
How long have you been playing?: A few months, close to 9 months and a year
What do you think is your best trait as a duelist?: Hmm, hard question really. I would say, i think of my moves before doing them, ofc, that's when im in my best state of mind.

Play Style: I can be kind of a rule shark at times, but I'm usually a laid back duelist.

How long I've been playing: I've been playing since I was a little kid then I quit when I was ten then started dueling again.

Favorite Deck: Seemingly pure xyz Hunders
Play style:Aggresive loves swarming the field and cutting threw my opponents defense/offense along with luring out my opponents resources while conserving my ability to recycle before a final push.
How long have you been playing?:Little more than 3 months,though iv'e been a long time fan iv'e never played in real life until now or with an actual person.

Tips for people filling out this form :
There are relatively four playstyles : Aggro, Defensive, Controll and Turbo.

Aggro(Aggresive) players tend to swarm out high-attack monsters and overpower their opponents to win. An example of a deck like this would be Dragon Rulers or Hieratics.

Defensive players tend to allow their opponent to make the first move, and instantly take advantage to your opponents "Opening".
An example of this would be a stall deck such as nimbles or gustos.

Control players hold all or the majority of the control on the field. Most of these players use a "stun" or an "anti-meta" deck, such as Rock-Stun or Bujin.

Turbo players are players who attempt to take the first few plays and win as fast as possibly. Most of these players use swarm decks that dont regularly throw out heavy beaters.
An example of this would be Mermails or Agents.

It is possible to mix two different playstyles in one, though. For example, T.G. Agent stun is both Turbo and control, Six samurais swarm out (As we all know) But have stun capabilities, and are considered Turbo Controll as well.

Take a look at your main deck to figure out what your main playstyle is.

Favorite Deck
Mermails are my first favorite deck, thanks to kyonaru. Long before then, though, Chaos Dragons were my favorite, as their playstyles are somewhat similar. . and redmd is awesome. .

Play style
Turbo playstyle. The faster the duel is, the better.

How long have you been playing
About 4 years and I'm already OP. I started in 2009.

What do you think is your best trait as a duelist?

those are deck styles, not playstyles necessarily. You can see 2 people play the same deck 100% different depending on their individual play style.

Good example is E-drags last format:

Most players I faced would over extend every turn, not managing resources at all and ended up screwing themselves over if they couldnt get past whatever my defenses were.

But there were some that took a slightly slower approach with the deck, even with the exact same build. They did what they needed each turn to maintain the field until it was open for an easy kill. Those were the more dangerous players as it made out lasting them much harder.

Even w/ decks that swarm I will never over extend, I will always remain paced in my duels.

Now if he put preferred deck style, it would be aggro for me =P

Play style: I am mostly a Control player. But I tend to play my decks in a very aggresive way.

What do you think is your best trait as a duelist?: I have the ability to see my opponents cards. Jk I have a very quick mind and can think of strategies in an instant. Kinda like Shikimaru from Naruto.
