More staff with different time zones so that most of the time at least 1 staff is online.

im always online even during the AM but i dont think that matters much.. all i can do is try to keep things quietly,- sinse im just a tester all i can do is give warning award points.. etc

That be good at least since when I sometimes go on here there is no one else on and because I got a far different time zone than the other members here. When it's night here.... their's is morning and most of them would be going to school and etc :/

how bout holding more regular tourneys?
instead of big events maybe lyk 1 tourney a week?
if u want more then make it lead to a special competition or smth
