All Inherent Summon monsters have this text in parenthesis. Inherent Summons do not start a chain, ie Activate; therefore you cannot activate Dolkka's effect

Yes we all know summons don't start chains. But an inherent summon is by an effect is it not?

Again I repeat....

Dolkka can only activate when a monster effect ACTIVATES

Inherent Summons are effects that DO NOT activate

put the 2 and 2 together Fluff.
