im issuing an academy wide deck challenge (this challenged is made by me,payed by me and the deck will be given to me and played by me. its all me)

so i want any of you to make me a anti meta competitive king of the skull servant deck.

and i want it to be on the sept banlist

400 DP for whoever makes the deck with the most wins (i'll try each deck 3-4 times)
