Hi there i'm Soul and i wish to make the best spellcaster deck out there but I have a long way to go and all the help i can get will be very much welcomed and appreciated

If your ganno use gaga magician, add atleast gaga kid or gaga girl, you don't need summoner's art as its not ganno be much use and the field add in spell power grasp that may help with ur summoners, and another cylinder, then add in another mst, run one of those lvl 8 sorcerer only, maybe add in apprentice
