Primal Seed.
And why Konami can't just go putting it at 3 like they did.
Primal seed reads as follows
"If "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" or "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End" is on the field: Target 2 of your banished cards; add both those targets to your hand."
Now, this may seem fine at first glance to the casually unaware. However, through the use of a card called Macro Cosmos, this card is simply broken. Now, Macro Cosmos essentially makes it to where anything that'd be sent to the graveyard is banished instead.
Now, admittedly the combo can be a bit difficult to get off, but it's possible. The cards required in your hand are as follows:
1. A summonable BLS. Alternatively, if you need to, you can summon it prior to the combo, it just needs to stay on the field for the turn you pull off the combo
2. Any machine type monster, or DNA Surgery. with the DNA Surgery, BLS can get the ATK boost as well, but something like a Cyber Dragon would be more realistic.
3. Limiter Removal. This will double your machine monster's atk, and is essential for the combo.
4. Macro cosmos. It's essential that when you use the first Primal Seed and Limiter removal, that the aren't sent to the grave.
5/6. Primal Seed x2.
Simply use Limiter Removal, double attack, then use Primal seed. With Macro out, they'll both be banished, and you can use the next Primal Seed to get both of those cards back, so you can cycle and redo the process to your hearts content, getting your monster of choice's atk as high as you want. DevPro will glitch after 1 billion or so.
This, ladies and gents, is the reason that Primal Seed must stay at one, and if you already knew, or are learning now, plz don't make Primal Decks. Unless you're trolling hardcore, it's not fun for anyone.

Re: Primal Seed.
I don't think this is even remotely going to be used in competitive play.
The odds of it happening are very low too since you need 3 limited cards to pull it off.
No need for it to stay at one.

This, and its too much effort to pull off when you can use Rulers or something to blow up your opponent anyways.
