Awaiting the official nod from our war manager...

Meanwhile, could we have some more information about the conditions? Ex. General rules, locked decks, banned decks, TCG or OCG, substitutions, etc.

Aren't we already in the middle of another war with NA? It wouldn't be the best idea to go off start another one, if we can't even get our roster up for our war with NA.

format: Hearts[TCG/OCG]

banned decks: burn, stall, exodia


deck changing after match won=no
deck changing after match lost=Yes
