This one came out kinda bad but I guess not everything you make can be good. :[

The lighting and glow effects could be better, and I was kinda wishing for text... But overall this isn't a bad tag.
By the way, I especially like the background texture you used. It's amazing.

I updated the tag, see if it's better now. Added some quick text that looks bad, but hey, you wanted it. =D

LOL, They are friggen polka dots. Nice! I'll have to remember that for future use, thanks.
And it looks better but I'd like to make these suggestions;
(The red is places where I think the lighting or shading needs to be fixed)
(Same with the blue and cyan, I was just trying to show how the opposite sides contrast)
As for the text, you honestly put it in a great spot. personally I think the other corner would of worked better though. Like this;
