I was wondering if I could use Banned cards on Dueling Network to take my Dorm Exam, Also im using a Blackwing deck, can I use that in my Dorm Exam?

and to answer your question, no, you may not use banned cards in your test, but you may use a blackwing deck.

You may use your blackwing deck but the rubric follows the current banlist. Therefore you cannot use banned cards. I believe the question has been answered so I will now lock this topic.
