Chat Problem Empty Chat Problem

I don't know if I'm the only one here experiencing this problem, but no matter what I do, the XDA chat will not show up in my bottom corner. I can refresh and it will be there for a couple seconds, but then it will disappear. Nothing happens if I click on it while it is there.
