Effect: All face-up “Spectral” Monsters you control gain 200 ATK. Once per turn: You can pay 1000 Life Points to shuffle 2 monsters from your graveyard into your deck.

Spectral Book of Summoning
Quick-Play Spell
Effect: Special Summon 1 “Spectral” Monster from your graveyard in face-up attack position. You can only activate 1 “Spectral Book of Summoning” per turn.
