OK here's what happend.....

i went first and set a linde i ended...

his turn

sends all these dragons to what he wants and goes into star eater, big eye, red eyes and he takes my linde and attacks me i have 400 lp left

so i kill my linde with marksman and tidal and i get linde's eff to get a megalo i summoned yeah and then i i summoned teus and went in to my big eye and i took his big eye so yeah u can see what happend here

Mermails are the top of all water decks. Not beatdown,stall,gishki,atlanteans,snow,ice barriers,slimes or any other water archetype can compare especially not to Merlanteans. Hence why I myself have many upon many builds. Even Hoban won an ARG circuit with Merlanteans running no infantry or marksman might I add. But yeah mermails are "try hard meta" to some. While I consider them a fun deck.

Fun decks aren't always meta but when they are its usually Mermails.

We all say hoban can't survive without reckless and upstart, but come on, he mains Raigeki in everything too lol.

He went 9-0 day 1 in YCS Atlanta with that exact deck and just took the loss for the next 2 matches to study cards in the top 32 draft.

I call such BS on that lol. He also lost the very first round after that, too.
