Dark, if you can find evidence that he agreed to Shadow Duel, you'll get your points (and chug would get a warning >.>), but if neither person has evidence either way I'll just close this thread, no harm done.

For future reference, always be sure to confirm that the opponent wants to Shadow Duel with a solid 'Yes' or 'No,' and not "Meh" or "I guess" and screenshot that.
