Appropriate Exodia

So, some of you may remember a card called Appropriate, some may not. Well, what it is is a continuous trap that allows you to draw whenever your opponent draws outside of their Draw Phase. But it's not so easy to activate. According to card text and rulings (I'll explain ruling's reason in a minute) the card has to be activated whenever the above condition is met, which is drawing outside of the draw phase. Easy right? Wrong. According to rulings, the last thing to happen from not only the resolving card, but the entire chain is your opponent drawing a card. So say your opponent uses an Upstart Goblin, you can't chain the activation to it. Why? The last thing to happen is you gaining life points, that's why. Same for cards like Dark World Dealings, last thing to happen is a player discarding a card, not drawing. Now, enough with this ramble, onto the deck. Now remember, this is still a work in progress, nothing concrete yet.

all of these should be ran to thin your deck better to increase drawing odds of exodia OR appropriate

I would drop Cup of Ace completely, -2 Gift of greeds, -2 hand destruction, -1 Bistro.

Cup of Ace is a guaranteed draw for me as long as I have Appropriate face-up
