Shop owner status

Here is my idea. I think that Shop Owners should be able to buy "Shop Owner Status" for a few extra DP.
What is "Shop Owner Status"?
Shop Owner Status would give the owner of a shop the power to change Dp.
Why?
1) Moderators are often busy and don't get around to rewarding Dp for up to a couple days
2) Sometimes mistakes/ miscalculations are made by Moderators because they are not paying as close attention to the shop as the shop owner.
Now what if someone abuses this power?
If someone abuses this power and is purposefully taking more Dp than they earned or subtracting more Dp from there customers than they should be, then I believe they should either have Dp taken away from there account or else stripped of there "Shop Owner Status"depending on the severity and frequency of there offenses.
But what if its just a miscalculation?
If it was a small simple mistake and clearly not a purposeful offense I think there should be a warning system in place. 1st offense just a warning to tell them hey be carefull 2nd offense a warning and maybe even a very small fine 3rd offense a bigger fine...ect

I believe it makes sense that shop owners be able to handle the currency like a real shop owner does and take a load off of the moderators back.

Anyways this is just my idea that I would like to see happen what do you all think?

I don't think DP privileges come alone, it's part of the whole package with forum mod privileges. If that's not the case, I think it's a great idea, but if I'm right, then there's much more to potentially abuse by giving them DP moderation powers...
