	"Atem defeated Zorc at the cost of his own life. He used his name as part of a spell that sealed Zorc's soul and his own in the Millennium Items. Atem's soul got sealed in the Millennium Puzzle, which was shattered and was laid to rest in his tomb. Atem's memory, including his name was wiped, so that he could not recall the spell, so that the binding could never be undone." In-game effect: Once per duel, you will have the choice to either one of these effects. ● If your life points is below 4000, you can use this items effect to restore your life points back to 6000. ● You can use this items effect to Special summon 1 monster from either players graveyard. (This effect cannot be negated by a spell, trap, or monsters effect.)
	"The Millennium Eye has has the ability to read a duelist's minds and see through their eyes, allowing the holder to know what their opponents are thinking at all times no matter what. Its holder also has the incredible ability to seal their opponents' souls and remain trapped until the soul stealer is defeated in a duel." In-game effect: Once per duel, you will have the choice to either one of these effects. ● You can use this items effect to add 1 spell, trap, or monster, from your Main Deck ,or Graveyard to your hand. ● You can use this items effect to look at your opponents hand, and take 1 card they have to add to your hand.
	"Millennium Rod grants the holder the power of bending the wills of others through mind control, and also lets its user telepathically communicate with his/her servants. A victory duel is not required to use this ability. As with all other Millennium Items, the Rod can cast a Penalty Game against the loser of a game." In-game effect: Once per duel, you will have the choice to either one of these effects. ● You can use this items effect to take control of 1 monster your opponent controls on his/her side of the field. (The monster cannot attack on the same turn this effect is used.) ● You can use this items effect to make an opponents monster inflict its amount of attack points ,or defense points onto the controller of the card.
	"The Millennium Ring powers are to guide the owner to where ever he seeks, acting as a sort of compass. Like the Millennium Puzzle it had a soul sealed inside of it, in this case a fragment of the soul of Zorc Necrophades (who had also lost his memories) and a portion of Bakura's past life, Thief King Bakura. Its demonstrated abilities include sealing souls away, possession, erasing memories, summoning Duel Monsters from the cards, putting owner's soul with last will into monster like Mahad did to Illusion Magician, and being able to divine the location of other Millennium." In-game effect: Once per duel, you will have the choice to either one of these effects. ● You can use this items effect to banish up to 2 monsters on the field. ● You can use this items effect to Special summon 1 monster from your main deck that does not have a Special summoning condition. (This effect cannot be negated by a spell, trap, or monsters effect.)
	"The Millennium Scale is a dark Millennium Item that can weigh a person's sin against the feather of Ma'at. If a person lies while being interrogated by the owner of the scale, or is revealed to be truly evil, the side opposite of the feather will lower, as if weighted down by the person's sins, and if the side without the feather drops to the bottom, the person's soul will be sucked into the depths of the Shadow Realm. This item also contains the power of fusion." In-game effect: Once per duel, you will have the choice to either one of these effects. ● You can use this items effect to discard 2 cards from your hand, to Special summon 1 Fusion monster from your extra deck, that only needs 2 fusion material monsters and does not have a Special summoning condition. The monster cannot attack on the turn it was summon by this effect. (This items effect cannot be negated by a spell, trap, or monsters effect.) ● You can use this items effect to add half of you opponents life points on to your own life points. (you copy half you opponents lp and increase your lp. You do not steal)
	"The Millennium Key's primary unique ability is its power to unlock the doors of a person's soul, giving the user access to the "Room of the Soul," where their thoughts can be observed, or the "room" can even be "redecorated", allowing the user to alter a person's personality. The brainwashing process can be undone, when the victim touches the Key. Also, the controller can destroy and manipulate the personality." In-game effect: Once per duel, you will have the choice to either one of these effects. ● You can use this items effect to declare a card type of spell, trap, or monster. The opponent cannot activate the card type effects for 3 turns. ● You can use this items effect to make it so that if a opponent would attack your monsters he/she will take all the battle damage you would have taken that turn. (This effect will last only 3 turns)
	"The Millennium Necklace was originally owned by the priestess, Isis, in Ancient Egypt, and became one of the two Items owned by the guardians of the Pharaoh's tomb throughout history, eventually coming to be owned by Marik's sister, Ishizu Ishtar , who is the reincarnation of the priestess Isis. The necklace allows its user to see through time, offering glimpses of the past and near future - futures whose outcomes can only be altered through the use of other Millennium Items. Using it to foresee her victory against Seto Kaiba in the Battle City tournament." In-game effect: Once per duel, you will have the choice to either one of these effects. ● You can use this items effect to see the top 5 cards of either you ,or your opponent's Deck. Return the cards to the Deck in any order you choose. (You will have the option to use this effect for 3 of your turns.) ● You can use this items effect to protect your self from all types of damages. (This effect will stay active for 4 turns. Turn 1 is the turn you activate it, Turn 2 is your opponent's turn, Turn 3 is your turn after you activated "Millennium Necklace!", etc.)

There will be groups of tournaments. EX: If two or more people select the millennium ring, they will have to duel each other in a single elimination tournament to have the rights to the item.

Update! Seeing as how opponents for the items have been inactive and brackets have no meaning anymore, all participants for your items will just duel anyone you see in your bracket. You will then be moved up. Also, if you are the most active online, you will receive the item by default.

Rules for the items: The Millennium items are Spell Speed 2, which means they can be used on either players turn. Also, all item haves two effect. You may only use 1 of them throughout the first duel. If you are beaten in a duel in the Duelist Kingdom Tournament, the item will be passed over to the winner as a prize. You may only have one Millennium item in your possession. If the new wielder of a item is inactive for more than 3 days, the item will return back to the original wielder.

you might want to change the rules then cause on the sign up page it says they can only be used on the controllers turn.
